Relays latest Client Satisfaction Survey highlights the benefits of working with an REC-accredited consultancy.
Eighty-eight per cent of companies responding rated the groups performance as Excellent; and four out of five deemed its service levels as Much Better than those of other providers.

The results form the basis of an ambitious campaign, which is aimed at improving the recruitment sectors reputation and standards.
The message is that employers should never gamble when commissioning Human Resources services, and only work with recruiters who voluntarily adhere to the codes of practice of industry body, the Recruitment Employers Confederation. An example is ensuring that all staff achieve professional qualifications and complete regular REC refresher courses.
In the absence of regulation there are no legal requirements to do this, and anyone can set themselves up as a recruitment consultant.
The supply of unsuitable employees, rapid staff turnover and poor training are all very costly to employing organisations. Companies save money and raise efficiencies when temporary and permanent staff are suitably placed, motivated and happy in their work.
Relay MD, Steven Street, says: No credible recruiter will be shy of demonstrating that they operate to the very highest standards. Any that are should be avoided.
The latest survey also revealed that more than three quarters of organisations rated the calibre of personnel supplied as Much Better than previously experienced and last years poll had reported extremely high satisfaction levels with Relay workers, says Street.
We are particularly proud of this years survey - the fifth consecutive collation of the thoughts and opinions of businesses we serve. Knowing that we have received the approval and endorsement of recognised market leaders gives us even greater confidence and determination to further raise standards."
The survey report is presented in a colourful brochure that has metaphorical and visual images of gangsters and gambling. Featuring the casts of Goodfellas and Casino, the glossy publication shows the dangers of working with the wrong mob.
