TRIPLE APPOINTMENTS ANNOUNCEMENT

Relay Recruitment has made three senior appointments.
A major focus for new group business manager, Jonathan Davies, will be sales growth through the development of existing business and recovering lapsed clients. He will also organise a group wide strategy for researching new prospects.

Prior to his arrival, Jonathan was general manager at MAC Employment Services, where he oversaw eight locations across the north and north midlands.
Veteran
Recruitment professional, Craig Brown, joins as industrial business development manager. He will work across the Relay branch network, identifying opportunities and threats.
A veteran of several national agencies, Craig was attracted to Relay’s innovative marketing project and impressive training and development path.
Supply Chain
Former client, Rav Ryatt, is new logistics consultant. His career as a warehouse and distribution manager includes management roles at Advent Data, where he pinpointed the qualities that make for the best temporary and permanent staff along the supply chain.
Having specified these to recruiters for many years, Rav knows the frustrations and real problems caused by the poor delivery of some consultancies.
The appointments mark Relay’s emphasis on a mix of backgrounds, with more value placed on relevant HR experience and skills than ‘agency mileage’ clocked up.
