As MI Analyst you would be responsible for the reporting and the analysis of all business functions.
You will have extensive knowledge of business analysis work and be experienced in dealing with large volumes of information. Our client is a leading debt collections company; they have purchased portfolios from an extensive and varied client-base including some of the UK's largest companies, including banks, credit card issuers and finance houses; utilities, telecoms & mobile providers and retail credit & home entertainment providers.
The main purpose of this role is to perform behavioural analysis on portofolios owned and for purchase by the business in order to drive commercial decisions and improve operational strategies.
Key responsibilities will include...
• Performing statistical analysis using SAS and SPSS Answertree
• Training junior analysts in use of SAS
• Putting forward recommendations to senior management based on analysis
• Developing segmented strategies for deployment in operational area
• Monitoring and improve strategies on an ongoing basis

Being responsible for the collection of Pre- Legal and/or Legal Debt via the telephone and letters.

To be successful you will require:

Hours of work are 08.45 - 17.00 3 days per week, 08.45 - 17.30pm 1 day per week and 13.00 - 20.00pm 1 day per week with 1 Saturday morning in every 3 (9:00 13:00).
