Based in their dynamic contact centre in the city centre, you will be handling incoming calls from customers applying for unsecured loans.
Although call centre experience is not essential, as full training will be given, you will need to have experience working in a customer service environment. Ideally, you will have some PC skills, but again this is secondary to being highly motivated, having a positive attitude, along with an excellent telephone manner.

Customer Service Advisor, £6.30 Per hour, Bradford
The role includes; liaising with customers and agents, taking initial applications, advising customer and agents of the progress of loans and ensuring the customer of the best possible service.
You will need experience in a customer service role, whether face to face or over the phone, be smart, articulate, and customer service focused. Attention to detail is a must together with a positive attitude. Commitment and dedication are attributes that are highly sought after.
This is a really good department to work for; they have a fun and friendly atmosphere and regularly have theme days to enhance the mood. It is encouraged to bring your own personality to both the role and department.
Full Time Shift work between 8:00am and 8:00pm with 1 Saturday in every month.
